Our approach
HACCP Made Simple aims to provide clear content, predictable navigation, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus states, meaningful labels and mobile tap targets that remain practical in a working kitchen.
Current status
The website has not yet been independently audited against a stated WCAG conformance level. We therefore do not claim that it is fully accessible or formally WCAG compliant.
No specific accessibility limitations have yet been confirmed through a formal audit. This does not mean that none exist.
Reporting a problem
If you have difficulty using the website or service, or need information in a different format, email haccp@profitpointhospitality.co.uk.
Please identify the page or feature, what you were trying to do, the device or assistive technology used where relevant, and the problem encountered. Do not include confidential food-safety or account information unless requested through a suitable support route.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility will be reviewed as the private beta develops. Confirmed barriers should be prioritised according to their effect on access to important information and core tasks, especially where food-safety action or evidence is involved.
